Where to stay in Paris
We love the charming Novotel Paris Les Halles as it’s centrally located, it’s got sleek, neutral interiors, generously-sized rooms and best of all when you book your Paris holiday via the Pogo travel app, you can enjoy an exclusive member rate of just £449 for two nights (based on a two night stay in October)
TOP TRAVEL TIPS
From romantic brasseries and Michelin-starred restaurants to elegant bistros and innovative eateries, there’s endless choices for eating out in Paris. The foodie scene in Paris is up there with some of the best in the world and what could be better than discovering a great restaurant in the heart of Paris.
Make sure to add L’Entredgeu at the 17th Arrondissement in Paris to your travel itinerary. It’s a real hidden gem and worth paying a visit to try the delicious onion tart alone!
Here are our top three travel tips when visiting Paris
1) Make sure you book restaurants you want to visit in advance. This could be one night, one week or even one month ahead.
Use your Pogo travel app to work out what restaurants you want to visit. It’s also worthwhile trying to avoid visiting the more popular restaurants at the busiest times if possible, which tends to be between midday and 2:15 p.m. for lunch and 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. for dinner.
2) Try and spend as much time as possible visiting the City of Love. As one of the busiest cities in Europe there’s so much to see and do when visiting Paris.
Whilst you can pack in a lot to your travel itinerary in just a couple of days, ideally in order to truly experience the city's diverse sights and experiences, you would stay for a period of between five to seven days.
3) Prepare your travel itinerary & book timed-entry tickets in advance, planning in advance is really the only way to make sure that you see everything you want to.
Use the Pogo travel app to research and plan your trip to allow you to make the most of your time in Paris. Within the app, you have a free trip planner and can create your very own travel itinerary.
